Finishes Supervisor / Foreman role with Cashed Up Established Builder

- $180mil High End Apartments with Double Basement

- $160K - $220K

- Project tendered and won based on current rates (set up for success)

- All RDOs are days off

- Work half day only every 2nd Saturday

- Cashed up established business, invoices always paid on time

- Strong relationships with quality trades and consultants

- Lots of support, experienced Site Manager, Structures Supervisor, PM, 2x Design Managers, 3x Coordinators, Snr CA, Jnr CA and other Supervisors as the project progresses

- Additional support from roaming Operations Manager & Construction Director

- Flat management structure, open door mentality, always easily contactable

- Good pipeline of tenders for upcoming work. at least 3 years secure in front of you

- Long term opportunity - many staff of 5, 10, 20+ years within business

- Learning / upskilling and ongoing mentoring by some of the best in the business

- Suits intermediate to experienced Supervisor looking to refine skills or further progress career into Site Management if interested

You must be/have

- Relevant 3+ years local experience on Commercial / Multi Res projects

- Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification

- Autonomous and reliable

- A detail-oriented person

- Have a stable career history

- Driven, energetic, passionate, and hardworking

- Friendly, respectful and good communication with all sorts of people

- Able to turn up to work with a positive attitude every day and compliment not negate from a good team

- Wishing to be rewarded for your hard work by further progressing your career
