A well-regarded national law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane Employment team. They're after someone with a background in public prosecutions to work on sensitive, high-stakes matters for a long-standing institutional client.

About the role
- Advising on sensitive matters involving staff conduct in education settings, including where criminal issues arise
- Working alongside the employment team on investigations, safety and broader employment matters
- Building solid, trusted relationships with a key client
- Working closely with partners, with genuine responsibility from day one
About you
- 3–8 years' PAE
- A background in public prosecutions or a related government legal role
- Calm, sound judgement and a real sensitivity for difficult matters
- Employment or workplace safety experience
