About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to help deliver marketing initiatives that engage customers, support our partners and contribute to business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Working across CRM, social media, digital and web channels, you'll assist in bringing marketing campaigns to life while using data and insights to help optimise performance and enhance the customer experience.

You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, website optimisation and emerging AI-powered marketing tools. Working closely with sales teams, dealer partners and stakeholders across the business, you'll play an important role in supporting customer engagement, brand awareness and lead generation activities.

Your key contributions include:

- Deliver customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web and digital channels.
- Build and maintain customer journeys within marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Maintain and grow SilverChef's organic social media presence across Australia and New Zealand.
- Contribute to SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create engaging marketing content and communications across multiple channels.




- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate website updates and support broader digital marketing activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, ideally in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Proven experience creating and managing organic social media content.
- Robust copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, email and social channels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva, GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude will be highly regarded.
