The International School of Western Australia (ISWA) is an independent, non-denominational, co-educational school for local and international students from K-12, running on a northern hemisphere calendar.

We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Admissions Officer to join our team. This role is central to supporting prospective families through the end-to-end application and enrolment process, from initial enquiry through to student commencement, and ensuring accurate management of student records. The role also involves conducting campus tours, coordinating student orientation and maintaining accurate admissions data and reporting to support enrolment planning. The role also supports compliance with relevant requirements for international student enrolments.

This position is permanent at 0.8 FTE, worked over 5 days per week. We are open to considering alternative part-time arrangements and flexible working hours for the right candidate.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities

- High attention to detail and strong data management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a busy environment

- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork

- A relevant bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate

Desirable experience includes:

- Previous experience in admissions, enrolments, or school administration

- Familiarity with school management systems or student databases, such as Compass or Digistorm

- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment

- An understanding of the IB programmes

- Ability to speak a language in addition to English
