mecwacare is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated team at the mecwacare Simon Price Centre in Mont Albert North. Multiple positions are available.

About the role:

- Located close to public transport
- Permanent Part-time opportunities available
- Work from our Mont Albert north location and support a valued local community
- Monday to Friday across AM, PM and Night shifts

What you bring:

- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an aged care home, ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
- The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the judgement to know when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
- Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- A proactive, dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
- A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to adapt to workplace demands and a collaborative team spirit.
