We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our growing production team.
You don't need previous electrical or manufacturing experience. We're happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability, attention to detail and willingness to work hard.
About the Role
This is a hands-on production position where you'll be assembling electrical products using tools, machinery and detailed work instructions.
Your daily work will include:
- Cutting, stripping and crimping electrical cables using specialised machinery
- Assembling wiring harnesses, cable kits and electrical components
- Using hand tools and following manufacturing instructions
- Checking completed work for accuracy and quality
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Checking goods into stores
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Manufacturing is about producing quality work efficiently. We're looking for people who understand that both speed and accuracy matter. You'll be trained to do the job properly, with the expectation that you develop confidence, consistency and productivity as you learn.
What We're Looking For
Experience isn't essential, but the right attitude is.
We value people who:
- Turn up on time, every day – reliability is extremely important to us
- Work hard and stay productive – take pride in getting the job done
- Pay attention to detail – accuracy and quality matter in everything we manufacture
- Work efficiently – understand the importance of meeting production targets without compromising quality
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work – comfortable using tools and working with their hands
- Follow instructions carefully – willing to learn and maintain consistent standards
- Work well with others – contribute positively to a hardworking production team
You'll need to be comfortable standing and moving throughout the day.
Any experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, trades or other hands-on work will be looked upon favourably, but is not required.

Opportunities for the Right Person
We believe in developing positive people.
For someone who demonstrates strong reliability, a good work ethic, attention to detail and an interest in the electrical industry, there may be an opportunity to progress into an electrical apprenticeship in the future.
An apprenticeship is not guaranteed, but we're interested in people who want to learn, develop their skills and potentially build a longer-term career with us.

- Full training provided – no experience necessary
- Consistent weekday hours with early finishes
- Stable employment with an established Australian manufacturer
- Friendly, practical and hardworking team
