We're looking for experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting a male participant in a SIL home in Donnybrook, VIC.

This is a 1:3 SIL support environment, providing person-centred support to participants with complex behavioural support needs.

This role requires skilled support workers who can provide safe, consistent and person-centered support while fostering a positive and structured living environment.

About the role
The role involves supporting:

- Participants with complex behavioral support needs
- Daily living activities and promoting independence
- Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Building positive routines and structured supports
- Incident reporting and accurate documentation
- Community participation and skill development
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a secure, respectful and supportive home environment

What we're looking for
We're seeking Support Workers who are:

- Experienced supporting people with complex behaviors and high support needs
- Confident implementing Behavior Support Plans and responding appropriately during challenging situations
- Calm, patient and proactive in their approach
- Experienced in SIL, residential disability services, mental health, or similar support environments
- Strong communicators with excellent documentation skills




- Reliable team players who can provide consistent support
- Person-centered and committed to promoting participant choice, dignity and independence
- Able to maintain qualified boundaries while building positive relationships

Essential Requirements

- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviors
- Relevant Disability Support, Individual Support, Community Services or equivalent qualifications and/or demonstrated experience
- Current P2 or open’s driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
