About the Role

Our Business Services team is looking for a hands-on, client focused Senior Accountant to join our friendly, collaborative team within our Brisbane office.

Your focus will be on delivering high-quality accounting and tax compliance work, while building strong client relationships and developing your technical capability.

In this role you will:

- Prepare financial statements and tax returns - individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFs

- Manage BAS, IAS and ATO compliance obligations across your client portfolio

- Support and mentor junior accountants within the team

- Collaborate with clients to resolve queries and assist with tax planning activities

- Manage your own workflow and deadlines within a structured team environment

This role gives you the opportunity to strengthen both your technical skills and your confidence in managing client relationships - without losing the support around you.

About You

To be considered for the role you will have:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance or Economics

- CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)





- 4 - 5 years’ experience in Australian public practice - Business Services focus

- Proficiency with Accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks)

- Solid understanding of Australian Tax across a range of entity types

- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff (desirable)
