You will advise a diverse client base comprising business owners, family groups, investors, private clients and growing enterprises on a broad range of tax and commercial matters, including:

- Tax structuring and strategic advisory work.
- Business acquisitions and disposals.

- Trusts, asset protection and wealth structuring.
- Commercial transactions and business restructuring.
- Shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements.
- Commercial contracts and negotiations.

This role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to a quality client base.

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

- 5+ years' PAE in tax,



commercial or private client advisory work.
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
- The ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated career stability and a genuine commitment to building a long-term practice.
