Operations Supervisor (Day Shift)

Join Visy Logistics as an Operations Supervisor and lead a fast-paced transport and warehouse operation supporting one of Australia's most recognised manufacturing supply chains. Based at our automated Spotswood facility, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, safety, and operational performance across a just-in-time distribution environment.

Role Details:

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily transport and warehouse activities, ensuring customer requirements, safety standards and operational KPIs are achieved. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace and enjoys leading frontline teams.

What You’ll Do:

- Experience leading transport and warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of JIT supply chain environments
- Experience supporting high-volume FMCG customers such as CUB or similar
- Demonstrated people leadership capability
- Strong understanding of safety, fatigue and compliance requirements
- Ability to make decisions and manage competing priorities
- Exposure to warehouse automation and AGVs will be highly regarded
- Experience with WMS, TMS or similar systems
