About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Support (Product Support Specialist), you'll help customers get the most out of a range of innovative products across the automotive, outdoor recreation and lifestyle markets.

You'll be the person customers turn to when they need assistance, guidance or help troubleshooting an issue. Using your product knowledge and problem-solving skills, you'll work through questions, explain solutions and make sure customers feel supported.

Full product training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to build your technical knowledge and develop your customer support skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with product enquiries and troubleshooting.
- Providing clear, practical advice to help customers use products confidently.
- Learning the ins and outs of a diverse range of products and technologies.
- Investigating issues and working with customers to find solutions.
- Delivering a positive customer experience through phone,



email and other support channels.
- Building your knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on learning.

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have a genuine passion for the outdoors, automotive, cars, caravanning, camping, touring or adventure.
- Enjoy using products in these areas and have a natural curiosity about how they work.
- Like helping people and can communicate clearly and confidently.
- Have some experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, trade, mechanical work or another people-focused role.
- Are practical, resourceful and enjoy working through problems.
- Are comfortable learning new systems, products and technologies.
- Bring a positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to develop new skills.

You don't need previous IT support or call centre experience, and you don't need to be a technical expert from day one. We're looking for someone with genuine interests, some transferable experience and the motivation to learn.
We are, however, looking for someone who has gained some experience beyond school and is ready to take the next step in their career.
