Who we're looking for...

We’re now seeking a passionate, people-focused Showroom Manager to lead our Flagship Store in Chadstone and help every bride’s journey feel as magical as her big day. You are a confident and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives on inspiring your team and creating genuine connections with every bride who walks through the door. With a natural sense of style and organisation, you balance strong people leadership with a passion for sales and an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring every appointment feels special and seamless.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Store Manager capacity in retail, bridal or premium/luxury

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Driven to exceed expectations and passionate about creating magical, memorable experiences

- Adaptable, reliable and effective at using multiple systems with ease

What to expect...

- Lead and inspire your team of 20+ to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments,



creating unforgettable moments for every bride

- Drive showroom performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

- Oversee the daily operations of the bridal showroom, ensuring it is beautifully presented and runs smoothly

- Coach and develop your team, building confidence in styling, service, and sales performance

- Manage appointments, stock, and gown care with precision, ensuring every detail is perfectly prepared for each bride

- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where brides and their guests feel celebrated, supported, and excited throughout their journey
