Neon Trading Cards is Australia's biggest live trading card retailer, shipping thousands of orders and running live breaks every week across Whatnot, YouTube, Facebook & Twitch. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our operations team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
No previous trading card experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operations role where you'll work independently once trained. Accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are paramount as you will be directly supporting the live-sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing cards from completed live breaks to be sent to our customers.
- Accurately sort, organize and categorise trading cards by sport, player, team or designated sorting system.
- Maintain organised card storage, drawers and workstations.
- Work collaboratively with the sorting, fulfilment and shipping team to meet daily deadlines.
- Receiving deliveries and checking incoming stock.
- Restocking warehouse shelving and office supplies.
- Proficient in Google workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Performing other general office and operational duties as required.

- Able to lift and move boxes and stock when required.
