Why You Want to Work Here

- You don't need to already be a qualified technician to start here. The fault-finding, the feel for how parts fit together and your confidence on the tools that you've developed through your mechanical background all transfer straight across. We’ll build the rest through structured training.
- Work on machinery most people never get exposure to. If you love what’s under the bonnet, wait until you see what’s inside a 5-axis bridge saw. You’ll master complex machinery that combines mechanical, electrical and software systems in one.
- Leave the repetitive jobs behind. You’ll move between servicing, breakdowns and new installations, with each customer site bringing a different machine, a different problem and a different challenge to solve.

About You

- You became a mechanic because you love working with your hands and figuring out how things work. Somewhere along the way, the job started to feel routine, and you know you’re capable of more.
- Your weekends probably involve tinkering with an engine, a 3D printer or whatever’s in the shed or laying around the house, just to see how it works. Pulling something apart and putting it back together better is your idea of a good time.
- Keep the tools, keep the problem-solving, keep the hands-on work. Now imagine applying it all to a specialised skill set few people in Australia have,

the kind of work that makes you excited to tell people what you do.

About the Role

- Completing a structured 6-month graduate training program in Melbourne (all expenses paid), building technical capability through hands-on field experience and mentoring from senior technicians.
- Performing routine servicing and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and in line with manufacturer standards.
- Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding, and diagnosing productive solutions to machinery breakdowns, minimising downtime for customers.
- Executing the end-to-end installation of machinery, from pre-site inspection and delivery oversight through to assembly, commissioning, and training end users.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, representing the brand and communicating effectively with stakeholders ranging from production managers to small business owners.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below.

- Interested in a hands-on role with machinery
