JMW Real Estate is a boutique agency based in Dunsborough, seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Residential Property Manager to join our friendly, supportive team.
Working alongside our Senior Property Manager, you will help manage our residential portfolio, coordinate maintenance, conduct property inspections and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
What We Are Looking For
- Completed or currently undertaking a Registration Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
- A basic understanding of WA tenancy legislation and property maintenance.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Robust communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
