Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to work on complex enterprise ICT environments?

We are seeking a skilled qualified to support the design, delivery, maintenance and enhancement of critical infrastructure services across data centre, network, server and platform environments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operationally focused environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can work closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical advice and guidance to project and operational teams
- Design, implement and support enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions
- Coordinate and deliver infrastructure changes and technical activities
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting and service restoration activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Identify and drive service improvements across infrastructure environments
- Support infrastructure architecture, operational design and technical standards
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across technical initiatives
- Review and approve technical change activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation,



procedures and operational artefacts
- Coordinate data centre activities including rack allocation, cabling and power utilisation
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, vendors and support teams to achieve delivery outcomes

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate experience in:

- Enterprise ICT infrastructure support and engineering
- Data centre operations and infrastructure management
- Windows Server, virtualisation and networking technologies
- Incident, problem and change management processes
- Infrastructure design, implementation and operational support
- Cisco certifications
- Experience supporting data centre environments
