Our client is a recognised leader in the fragrance industry, renowned for representing an exceptional portfolio of luxury and niche fragrance brands from around the world. As part of their continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of their new Sydney CBD store.

Supporting the Store Manager, we are looking for passionate and experienced Sales Assistants and Fragrance Specialists who can bring luxury retail expertise, fragrance knowledge, and outstanding customer service to help drive the success of the new store.

About The Role

As a Store Manager or Fragrance Niche Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales, providing high levels of customer service and meeting operational targets, to enhance the brand's image and customer service whilst delivering on their retail sales goals.

Duties

- Provide outstanding levels of customer service to ensure customers have an enjoyable and seamless experience

- Achieve budgeted retail sales targets

- Actively upsells & cross sells across the key strategic brands

- Attends and pro-actively engages in regular training sessions to deepen knowledge and understanding of brands, products and fragrance notes

- Facilitates and executes in-store promotions, animations & events, according to set objectives & brand standards

- Store Manager - manage and lead a small team of Fragrance Specialists





The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous retail industry/ guest services experience (preferably within Fragrance)

- Passionate about retail, fragrance and beauty

- Strong depth in fragrance knowledge

- Inspirational communication and selling skills

- Experience in generating customer loyalty and maintaining a strong client base

- Understanding of targets, sales tracking and reporting

- Excellent customer service skills with an empathic, collaborative approach

- Ability to work retail hours and comfortably travel to required locations
