The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Material Supervisor to lead the BWC PC-21 Materials Supply team and ensure the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of material support services. This role combines leadership, operational oversight and supply chain expertise to ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance and exceptional customer support outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the BWC PC-21 Materials Supply team.

- Manage supply support processes in accordance with contractual and operational requirements.

- Monitor team workloads, resources and operational priorities.

- Oversee inventory control activities and ensure stock accuracy.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

- Manage supplier relationships, warehousing, freight forwarding and material handling activities.

- Administer and maintain SAP supply support systems and reporting.

- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders,



including Pilatus Customer Support teams in Switzerland.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and contractual requirements.

- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

You will bring:

- Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, material support or supply chain management.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

- Experience within aviation, defence or another highly regulated industry.

- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing operations and supply chain processes.

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to safety and quality.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Eligibility Requirements

Successful applicants must be able to:

- Obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

- Obtain an AFP National Police Check.

- Hold unrestricted Australian working rights.

- Meet the requirements of a safety-sensitive aviation environment.
