About the Roles:
We are seeking experienced Venue Managers for opportunities across the premium dining venues.

Working closely with the Precinct Manager and the wider operations team, you’ll support daily restaurant operations, lead and develop the front-of-house team, and ensure every service delivers an exceptional guest experience.

These roles suit confident hospitality professionals with a strong floor presence, an eye for detail and experience maintaining premium food and beverage service standards. Depending on the venue, you may also support opening preparations, establish service procedures and help recent team members settle into their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing front-of-house team

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain premium service standards

- Oversee reservations, floor operations and service execution

- Own rostering, labour costs and operational efficiencies





- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team training

- Contribute to opening preparations and operational setup where required

- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing requirements and venue procedures

About You:

- Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role

- Experience within a premium restaurant, fine dining venue or luxury hotel

- Strong understanding of premium food and beverage service standards

- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop hospitality teams

- Strong operational, organisational and communication skills

- A hands-on leadership style with a confident floor presence

- A passion for guest service and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues

- Current NSW RSA certification

- Full Australian working rights (as sponsorship is not available for these roles)
