About the Role:
As a Pastry Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality pastries and viennoiserie, maintaining product consistency, and contributing to our daily production.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a range of products (croissants, laminated pastries, breads, etc.)
- Maintain and elevate product quality, consistency, and presentation
- Work collaboratively with the baking team to maintain an efficient workflow
- Follow prep schedules and daily production plans
- Monitor ingredient usage, minimise waste, and assist with stock control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate on new product development and seasonal menu updates
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain efficient production processes

- Knowledge of ordering, costing, and stock control
