Based Sydney CBD, this great organisation have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to start ASAP on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.

Reporting to Finance Manager you will be responsible for the efficient & accurate running of the payroll function using Payroll Metrics payroll system.

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:

- To check the accuracy of the payroll data
- Monthly reconciliations & reporting
- Checking the recent employees & updating employee information
- Checking & entering all timesheets
- Termination calculations & reconciliations of salary packaging

Skills Required:

- Current experience using Payroll Metrics system is absolutely essential!




- Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge.
- Strong on Awards & EBAs interpretation
- Minimum of 5-6 yrs full function, end to end payroll processing experience.
- Ability to priorities workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail.
- Strong on Excel
