With our established office in Caboolture, we're excited to bring our real estate expertise to Toowoomba. Our business is growing rapidly and we are expanding our team! We are currently looking for passionate Professionals to join our property management team as Residential Property Managers.

Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence, a valid Driver’s Licence and has a reliable vehicle

- Is capable of managing a property portfolio of predominately recent builds with professionalism and confidence

- Communicates calmly and clearly, even in busy or high-pressure situations

- Is proactive, organised, and detail oriented

- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and digital tools

- Has strong problem-solving skills and can confidently manage maintenance issues and unexpected challenges





- Has strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

- Understands the importance of legislation, compliance and accurate record-keeping

- Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion

- Works well independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

? Salary: Competitive base salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
