About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our office. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a positive experience for clients, landlords, tenants, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

- General administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams

- Diary management and appointment scheduling

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Processing mail, correspondence, and basic office coordination

- Assisting with compliance, filing, and office presentation

About You





You will be someone who:

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is well-presented, reliable, and professional

- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Can multitask and remain calm in a busy office environment

- Is confident using computers and office systems (real estate software experience is a bonus, but not essential)

- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

Previous experience in reception, administration, or real estate will be highly regarded, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
