We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Personal Care Assistants on permanent part-time roles with Morning and Night Shifts Available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living

- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.

- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical and mental well-being.

- Ensuring a safe and comfortable setting for residents.

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.





- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.

- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
