LeasePLUS Group is looking for a confident and professional Field Agent to represent both SalaryPackagingPLUS and LeasePLUS across our employer client network.

This is primarily a field-based role.

You will spend most of your working week visiting client workplaces, hospitals, offices, employee events and other employer locations. You will meet employees face-to-face, explain salary packaging and novated leasing, run information sessions and help people understand how they can get more from their income.

You will become a familiar and trusted face at the organisations you support.

Our role is simple. We help employers deliver valuable employee benefits and help their people understand how salary packaging and novated leasing can work for them.

About the role:

This is a relationship, education and business development role. You are not expected to sit at a desk making calls all day. You will be in the field.

You will attend established client sites, speak directly with employees, build relationships with employer contacts and create opportunities through genuine face to face engagement.

We do not expect you to know everything about salary packaging or novated leasing when you start. We will train you.



You will receive structured training across both SalaryPackagingPLUS and LeasePLUS and support in the field until you have the knowledge and confidence to manage your own client visits and presentations.

What you will do:

• Visiting employer sites, hospitals, offices and workplaces across your territory

• Running employee information sessions, presentations and webinars

• Attending staff orientations, benefits days, expos and workplace events

• Holding one on one conversations with employees

• Explaining salary packaging and novated leasing in transparent, practical language

• Helping employees understand the benefits available through their employer

• Building relationships with HR teams, managers, site contacts and key stakeholders

• Working with employers to increase employee awareness and participation

• Supporting promotional and employee engagement campaigns

• Maintaining accurate records of visits, conversations, leads and follow-ups in our CRM

• Representing LeasePLUS Group professionally at every client site

What success looks like:

Success in this role comes from being visible, organised and proactive.

You build relationships, create opportunities and make sure employees know who we are, understand the benefits available to them and know where to go when they need help.

You will be measured on client engagement, site activity, employee participation, quality opportunities generated and the relationships you develop across your portfolio.

About you:

You do not need previous salary packaging or novated leasing experience. We can teach you the technical knowledge.





What we need is someone who is confident dealing with people and comfortable taking responsibility for their own territory.

You will suit this role if you:

• Are confident presenting to individuals and groups

• Enjoy occasional nights away for work

• Can explain information clearly and simply

• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Can organise your own schedule and manage multiple client locations

• Are professional, reliable and well presented

• Enjoy being on the road and working at different locations

• Hold a current driver licence

Experience in sales, field sales, account management, relationship management, automotive, finance, banking, employee benefits, salary packaging or novated leasing will be highly regarded.
