About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- An Excellent Communicator: You have a warm, engaging personality and the confidence to put people at ease while guiding them through their treatment journey.

- Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, think ahead and enjoy finding solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do.

- Accountable & Reliable: You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments and understand the importance of consistency and attention to detail.

- A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate respectfully and enjoy supporting your colleagues.

- Committed to Excellence: You take pride in the quality of your work and genuinely care about doing things properly, even when no one is watching.

- Positive & Growth-Minded: You bring a can-do attitude, welcome constructive feedback and see challenges as opportunities to improve.

- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Drive and dental software (experience with Core Practice is a bonus).

- Experienced or Eager to Learn: Ideally, you have at least 2 years of relevant dental experience, although candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills and transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.

Above all, we value a great attitude, genuine accountability and a willingness to learn. We can teach skills, but the care and commitment you bring to your work are what truly make the difference.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Dental Receptionist / Assistant,

you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality patient experience across both front-of-house and clinical settings. Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include:
