From capturing machinery on site to producing engaging videos and managing our social media presence, this role suits someone who is proactive, creative and comfortable getting out amongst the action.

Capture high-quality photos and videos of our fleet, projects and team. Create engaging reels, social media posts and behind-the-scenes content. Plan and manage a content calendar across our social media channels. Write compelling captions, company updates and recruitment posts. Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries and identify opportunities to grow our audience. Work with our team to maintain a consistent, professional brand. Follow site safety requirements and obtain approval before publishing content.

About you

- Experience in social media management and content creation

- Strong photography, videography and editing skills

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail

- Organised, self-motivated and full of fresh ideas

- Willingness to visit remote sites and work around operational schedules

- An interest in trucks, machinery, civil construction or mining would be an advantage
