An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join a high-performing residential sales team in Balmain. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven real estate professional to take ownership of sales campaigns, build robust client relationships and manage the sales process from listing through to settlement.
Working within a supportive and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the sales business, helping drive successful campaigns and contributing to ongoing business growth.

The Role:

- Manage property campaigns from pre-market preparation through to settlement, including marketing, documentation and vendor communication.
- Coordinate open homes, private inspections, buyer enquiries and follow-ups, while building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
- Oversee sales administration, contracts, CRM management and liaising with solicitors and conveyancers.
- Provide vendors with regular campaign updates, feedback and market insights, and assist with progressing offers and negotiations.
- Support prospecting, database management and business development activities to generate future listing opportunities.

About You:

- Previous real estate experience, ideally as a Sales Associate or in a similar role.




- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from listing through to settlement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with sales administration, contracts and CRM systems.
- Professional presentation, a client-focused approach and a genuine passion for real estate.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
