Team Employal are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join a busy FMCG setting in Padstow, to work on a Day Shift or Afternoon Shift.

You will be required to perform breakdowns, repairs and scheduled maintenance across the factory, whilst also supporting the team with the following requirements,

Key responsibilities;
Daily duties can include but are not limited,

- Perform all mechanical maintenance tasks, including breakdowns, repairs and schedule preventative maintenance
- Maintain safety protocols and policies
- Reporting of maintenance through daily logs and working closely with the maintenance manager to communicate requirements
- Supporting team with any daily on the job technical support

Your Skills and experience;




To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience,

- Mechanical Fitter or Fitter and Turner qualification
- Welding experience, TIG & MIG
- Pneumatics, hydraulics and conveyor belts
- Previous experience in a maintenance and manufacturing environment
- Strong team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
