The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives. You will be at the forefront of driving collaboration between engineering, product and business teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones.

- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of programs.





- Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, providing regular updates and status reports.

- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment on priorities and resources.

- Lead retrospective processes to capture learnings and improve future execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, and experience with complex IT system integrations.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary programs.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred skills:

- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering or IT systems delivery.

- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.

- 10+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally within technology-driven organizations.
