The Opportunity

Ascension Cosmetic Medicine is seeking an exceptional Cosmetic Physician to provide comprehensive consultations, patient assessments and tailored treatment plans for patients seeking aesthetic and cosmetic medical care.

This chance is suited to a Cosmetic Physician who values clinical excellence, natural-looking outcomes and long-term patient relationships. You will have the opportunity to work within an established premium clinic, with access to an existing patient base and a dedicated operational team, without the administrative and financial burden of establishing and managing your own practice.

The role can be tailored to your clinical interests, experience and preferred scope of practice, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Ascension's cosmetic medicine offering.

Scope of Practice

The Cosmetic Physician will provide patient consultations, clinical assessments, prescribing where appropriate and evidence-based treatment recommendations, with a focus on:

- Cosmetic medical consultations and aesthetic assessments;

- Individualised treatment planning based on patient goals, suitability and clinical needs;

- Anti-wrinkle treatments and facial aesthetic management, where within your scope of practice;





- Dermal filler treatments and facial balancing, where within your scope of practice;

- Patient education, informed consent and realistic treatment expectations;

- Ongoing patient reviews, treatment optimisation and continuity of care.

You will work collaboratively with Ascension's broader clinical team to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience, prioritising patient safety, ethical prescribing and appropriate clinical outcomes.

About Uou

You are a patient-centred Cosmetic Physician with sound clinical judgement, refined consultation skills and a commitment to safe, ethical and evidence-based cosmetic medicine. You understand the importance of individualised treatment planning, explicit communication and delivering outcomes that align with each patient's goals.

You may be an established Cosmetic Physician seeking a premium consulting location, a practitioner looking to expand your existing clinical commitments, or an interstate physician interested in regular Brisbane sessions.

Essential requirements

- Medical degree recognised in Australia and current AHPRA registration with appropriate practising rights.

- Relevant experience in cosmetic medicine, including consultations, assessment and treatment planning.

- Appropriate training, competence and experience for the procedures and treatments within your proposed scope of practice.

- Strong clinical judgement underpinned by evidence-based practice, ethical prescribing and patient safety.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism and commitment to a premium patient experience.

- Current professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your scope of practice.
