About the Role:
As a Broker Support Consultant you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of residential home loan applications from brokers. You’ll liaise with brokers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience from submission to settlement. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for customer service.

You’ll be empowered to:

- Manage broker relationships and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Take ownership of loan applications and follow through to completion
- Proactively resolve escalations and prioritise workloads
- Collaborate with Credit, Processing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation
