About the Role:

This pivotal position combines advanced clinical practice with leadership and development. You will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management for a diverse range of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel issues, sexual health concerns, and pregnancy-related and postpartum conditions. Beyond direct patient care, your role will encompass:

- Expert Clinical Practice: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex needs.
- Leadership & Service Development: Driving the continuous improvement and expansion of our women's and pelvic health services.
- Education & Mentoring: Guiding and developing physiotherapy staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Quality Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

About You:

We are looking for a visionary and compassionate clinician with:

- Extensive experience in women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Completion of or working towards post graduate qualifications (or equivalent) in pelvic health Physiotherapy.
- Advanced skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of relevant conditions.
- A proven ability to lead, mentor, and educate colleagues and students.




- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient and team relationships.
- A passion for quality improvement and service innovation.

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from:

$63.82 – 68.66 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Level 2.1 – 2.3)
