About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our commercial kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting an inclusive workplace.

You will be responsible for activities including:

- Food preparation and basic kitchen assistance

- Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of equipment

- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen work areas

- Assisting with stock rotation and storage

- Completing end-of-day kitchen cleaning and closing procedures

- Working positively alongside supported workmates





About You:

- Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

- Respectful, patient, and supportive of people from diverse backgrounds
