Neatline Homes is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a diverse and rewarding role combining new home sales, administration and accounts. This hands-on position requires someone who can confidently manage the sales process, provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of our business through effective administration and accounts management. The successful applicant will be involved in all stages of the customer journey, from initial enquiry and sales negotiations through to project completion and ongoing customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell new homes to prospective clients
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, budgets and expectations
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and sales documentation
- Follow up enquiries, leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities
- Confidently negotiate and progress sales through to successful completion
- Maintain accurate customer records and monitor sales activity
- Conduct daily office administration and business operations
- Manage telephone calls, emails, correspondence and appointments
About you
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the business, from first contact to project completion
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong sales ability, including confidence in negotiating and closing sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualified presentation and a friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
