The Opportunity
Our client is expanding and has big goals for 2026 and beyond. They’re looking for a Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist who understands the importance of building lifelong relationships with patients, based on trust, quality work and exceptional patient care. Together with a team of dentists, oral health therapists and dental assistants, they’re committed to supporting you in realising your full clinical potential.

Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, the practice is in Flagstone, one of the fastest growing areas in Australia. They are known for the quality of care they provide and their involvement in the community.

Employment: Full time, 4 days a week

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions, including taking a health history and dental charting




- Work in partnership with the dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning to maintain or restore oral health
- Administer local anaesthetic, take dental radiographs and digital scans
- Assist in providing orthodontic treatment (braces and clear aligners), with training provided
- Communicate and educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention strategies
- Supervise and train dental assistants

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (or equivalent) recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Eligibility to work in Australia

The Practice

Our client is a growing practice with state-of-the-art operatory equipment and design, including digital radiography (with an in-house OPG unit), intraoral cameras and a digital scanner.
