We are recruiting experienced and motivated Production Operators on behalf of a leading manufacturing client based in Kelso, NSW for a January 2027 intake. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in machine operation, quality assurance, product finishing and packing activities, helping to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring products meet strict quality and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure continuous production flow.
- Perform machine set-up and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify process disruptions.
- Complete product finishing activities to required specifications.
- Accurately pack finished products for dispatch.
- Carry out quality assurance checks and record production data where required.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns and production variances promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all site safety procedures, policies and work instructions.




- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
