About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our creative and passionate in-house Marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this newly created role has been designed to support the continued growth of our global brands and strengthen our digital performance capability across paid media, CRM, analytics and marketing automation. Digital and data are your jam! You know your way around the back end of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and CRM systems like Klaviyo. You're comfortable building campaigns, troubleshooting issues, analysing results and making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Have 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated digital marketing, performance marketing or marketing automation role.





- Have hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and email marketing platforms.

- Are confident navigating advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM and AI systems, plus quick to pick up new technology you haven't yet worked with.

- Enjoy working with data and can translate performance metrics into insightful reports and recommendations.

- Have experience using tools such as GA4, Klaviyo, SEMrush and social platform reporting tools.

- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Have a robust technical aptitude and enjoy working with digital platforms, data, reporting and marketing technology.

What You'll Be Doing

- Executing and optimising global paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and Pinterest.

- Managing B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns, automations and customer journeys through Klaviyo.

- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation and conversion outcomes.

- Producing weekly insights and monthly performance reporting using tools such as GA4, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo and Iconosquare.

- Supporting audience growth and brand demand across multiple international markets.

- Working closely with our Creative Team to ensure digital assets are aligned with campaign objectives and audience behaviour.

- Assisting with keyword research, campaign testing, ad copy development and ongoing optimisation.

- Becoming a trusted internal subject matter expert for CRM and digital performance marketing.
