About the role

SF Prestige Homes is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and people-focused Sales Agent to join our team and help more South Australians turn their dream of homeownership into reality. If you love meeting recent people, building relationships, closing deals and being rewarded for your hard work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

- Connecting with prospective buyers interested in new homes and house and land packages

- Following up on incoming leads and turning enquiries into genuine sales opportunities

- Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through their home-buying journey

- Showcasing our home designs, packages and available properties

- Working closely with our internal team to coordinate appointments, proposals and sales

- Negotiating with confidence and helping clients find a package that suits their needs and budget

- Contributing fresh ideas to help grow our sales pipeline and expand our presence across Adelaide

About you





- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building connections

- Someone who is driven, proactive and motivated by achieving results

- A natural relationship-builder who understands the importance of great customer service

- Someone who can confidently follow up leads and turn opportunities into outcomes

- A team player who enjoys working in a growing business where initiative is valued

- Previous sales experience is highly regarded, particularly in real estate, property or new home sales

- A current South Australian real estate registration or licence, as applicable to the role
