Brisk Transport is growing, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking Removalist Offsiders to join our Brisbane team.

Start as an offsider, gain hands-on experience and work towards obtaining your truck licence, with Brisk Transport paying for your licence and allowing you to sit your test in one of our own trucks.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have held their manual car licence for at least 12 months and are keen to learn, develop their skills and build a long-term career in transport.

Previous removals experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. We're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and the motivation to progress.

About the role

As a Removalist Offsider, you'll work alongside our experienced drivers and removalists to help deliver a professional and stress-free moving experience for our customers.

This is an active, hands-on role that will see you working throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of household and commercial furniture and belongings

- Carefully carrying,



moving and protecting customers' possessions

- Working as part of a crew to complete moves safely and efficiently

- Helping secure loads and ensure items are transported safely

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

- Keeping trucks and equipment clean and organised

- Learning the skills and knowledge needed to progress within the removals and transport industry

You'll gain practical experience working alongside professional drivers and learn what it takes to deliver a great moving experience for our customers.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who turn up ready to work, take pride in doing a good job and want to build their future with us.

To be successful, you'll need:

- A current manual car driver's licence held for at least 12 months

- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude

- The ability to safely carry out physical work, including lifting and moving furniture

- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach

- Care and attention to detail when handling customers' belongings

- A commitment to workplace health and safety

- Reliable transport to and from work

- Valid Australian work rights, including eligible work visas

Previous furniture removals experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We're particularly interested in motivated candidates who are keen to learn, develop their skills and work towards a future as a truck driver.
