What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and develop a productive, engaged manufacturing team.

- Run daily operations to keep production safe, efficient and on schedule.

- Monitor quality and conduct post-manufacture quality assurance.

- Implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement across production methods, equipment use and workflow.

The type of leader we’re looking for:

- Production leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar environment; exposure to concrete products is advantageous.

- Ownership and accountability: you take initiative, solve problems and follow through.

- Strong people leadership: you communicate clearly, motivate diverse teams and build trusted relationships.
