As a Sales Consultant, you'll play an important role in helping our customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces. You'll welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience, understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products, and build genuine relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.

About you
- Previous experience in retail, sales, furniture, homewares or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- A natural ability to build trust and make customers feel comfortable
- Confidence in recommending products and closing sales
- A proactive approach to following up enquiries and opportunities
- Reliability, attention to detail and pride in your work
- A friendly, down-to-earth personality and a genuine team spirit
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems
