Help bring a new generation of medical technology to market

BellaSeno is a clinical-stage medical technology company developing absorbable scaffold technologies for breast, soft-tissue and structural tissue applications. With operations across Australia and Europe, we are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to help translate engineering and clinical innovation into practical product and market readiness.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own product commercialisation coordination across the scaffold portfolio. You will connect the needs of surgeons and clinical support staff with R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Manufacturing teams, helping prepare products, education and supporting resources for future market entry.

Key responsibilities

- Develop product roadmaps, requirements and commercialisation priorities across the scaffold portfolio.

- Build strong working relationships with surgeons, doctors and clinical teams; capture insights on clinical workflow, usability and product needs.

- Coordinate readiness of product configurations, packaging, labelling, instructions, supply and training resources.

- Support surgeon and clinical staff education, onboarding resources, technical FAQs and congress preparation.

- Translate technical and clinical evidence into clear product information alongside Marketing and design colleagues.

- Monitor competitor activity, product differentiation and emerging market needs.





- Work across Australian and European teams, with travel to manufacturing and clinical sites as required.

About you

- Ideally 5+ years' experience in medical-device product management, commercialisation or a related technical product role.

- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across clinical, engineering and commercial teams.

- Confidence building and managing relationships with surgeons and doctors.

- Excellent organisation, communication and commercial judgement.

- A relevant qualification in biomedical engineering, life sciences, business or a related field.

- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, implantable medical devices, surgeon education, EU MDR/CE-mark preparation or international product launches is highly regarded.
