About the company:

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of air-conditioning and HVAC solutions, with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and energy-effective technology. With an established presence across Australia, they provide heating and cooling solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers. They are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their Service Operations team, responsible for diagnosing faults, servicing, repairing and installing air-conditioning systems while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About the role:

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

- Deliver a high standard of customer service, maintaining positive relationships with customers, dealers and contractors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of air-conditioning systems.
- Prepare repair cost estimates and recommend replacement parts or equipment where required.
- Maintain accurate service records,



reports and documentation using internal systems.
- Coordinate the ordering and allocation of parts to support service and repair requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, including the safe handling of refrigerants and equipment.
- Maintain tools, vehicles and work sites to required safety and operational standards.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to apprentices where required.

- Current drivers licence
- Restricted Electrical License
- Refrigeration Handling License
- Working with Children Card
- Police Check
- Defence Cleared Access Card (DCAC)
- Australian Citizenship
- QBBC Individual Mechanical Services Occupational License (QLD only)
- White Card
