About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property & Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Jensen and Co Lawyers' in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be a key member of our corporate and commercial legal practice, providing expert advice and support to our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

- Mentorship of junior staff members

- Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters

- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents

- Conducting legal research and providing in-depth analysis to support strategic business decisions

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative legal solutions

- Maintaining solid client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

- Staying up-to-date with evolving legislation and industry trends

About you

- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law





- Strong technical legal knowledge and the ability to apply it in a practical, commercial context

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines

- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the legal industry
