Dome Shelter Supplies

Sydney

You're a true hunter and seriously driven. You're strategic in how you look for opportunities, you genuinely enjoy getting out and meeting new people, and you love turning cold conversations into serious business.

You're hungry – you love the game of sales and want to make good money. You're confident and back yourself enough to know that once you put your mind to something, nothing will stop you.

You're down-to-earth, confident and can talk to anyone. You could walk onto a mine site, farm or construction site and build rapport just as easily as you could sit across the table from a procurement manager.

You move fast. You don't wait to be told what to do – when you hit a problem, you sort it out yourself. You're always learning and looking for an edge.

Most importantly, you think bigger than the next sale. You'd rather spend six months building a relationship that could produce serious repeat business than chase tiny transactions all day.

That's who we're looking for.

About us

Dome Shelter Supplies designs and supplies high-quality dome shelters built for Australia’s toughest conditions. Our structures are working right now across agriculture, mining, construction, transport, waste and livestock – hay storage, machinery sheds, workshops, stockpile covers and more. We have grown fast by doing the unglamorous things properly, and we are growing again.

We already have someone managing inbound enquiries and existing relationships. Your job is to go out and create the opportunities that aren't coming to us.

The role

- This is a true outbound role. You'll be generating your own leads – doing the cold outreach yourself,

reaching out to people who've never heard of us and forming brand-new relationships from scratch

- Identify major prospects, cold call, get on the road and attend expos

- Build relationships and chase larger wholesale, project and tender opportunities

- Work deals with 3–12 month sales cycles – you need to genuinely enjoy the hunt

- Keep meticulous records – all meetings, client notes and progress documented in our CRM (Go High Level). Strong reporting, note-taking and full transparency on your work are non-negotiable, so KPIs are clear and being met.

You don't need to have sold similar products before – it's a simple product and we'll train you. The most important things are tenacity and the ability to build relationships with people in our key sectors.

There's a huge amount of autonomy and no micromanaging. You'll own your strategy, schedule and results, with Harrison, the owner, there to train and support you. This is an opportunity to pretty much build your own business – be on the front lines, build your network and grow the company.

Location & package

- Work from home, based on the East Coast – NSW or QLD preferred (but must be based in Australia and have unrestricted working rights)

- Exceptional WA candidates with strong, proven mining relationships will be considered (with capacity to travel over east when required).

Our head office is in Perth.

- $100k–$120k base + super, plus commission (roughly 2–4% of sales)

- Car allowance – you'll be on the road a lot

- Current Australian driver's licence essential

Like most BDM roles, there will be a grind at the start – getting out there, building in-roads, and figuring out how to find and catch the big fish. But if you're relentless enough, the upside is huge.

If you're commercially smart, hungry as hell and want to make serious money, apply now.
