Erina Leagues Club is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Bistro Supervisor who loves a busy service, leads by example and brings out the best in their team.

Full-time hours available, with the opportunity for a salaried position for the right candidate.

Your day-to-day:

- Lead bistro service and keep things running smoothly

- Train, support and motivate your team

- Make our members and guests feel welcome

- Help with stock ordering, stocktake and opening and closing

- Keep service, cleanliness and safety standards high

- Lend a hand across bar and gaming operations when required

You’ll bring:

- Hospitality supervisory experience

- Excellent communication, customer service and barista skills

- A calm head when service heats up

- Current NSW RSA

- Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays

First Aid and club experience are a bonus!
