Join a well-respected commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million on a 9-month contract commencing in January 2027, with potential to extend, if workload permits.

About the Role

· Manage commercial projects from planning through to completion

· Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts and stakeholder relationships

· Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

· Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget

· Direct support to Project Site Managers

· Work autonomously with the support of a collaborative and experienced team

· Reporting to Construction Manager & Directors

About You





· Experience managing commercial construction projects

· Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)

· Experience with Procore, HammerTech, Microsoft Project and Jobpac (preferred)

· Robust organisational and communication skills

· Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

· Current Working with Children Check

· Australian working rights
