About the role

Help customers find the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes. Hunt Heating is looking for a Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing business, combining technical product advice, system selections and customer service.

From reviewing building plans to presenting products in our showroom, you’ll guide homeowners and contractors through their options and turn enquiries into tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Review residential building plans, complete take-offs and heat load calculations, and select suitable products.

- Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up enquiries promptly.

- Respond to inbound calls and assist with product, stock and sales enquiries.

- Build strong relationships with homeowners, customers and contractors.

- Present products and solutions in our in-house showroom and training centre.

- Contribute to sales targets and the wider team’s success.

About you





- Experience in a sales or technical role within HVAC, hot water or renewables.

- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- A customer-focused approach and a track record of building strong relationships.

- Clear communication skills and confidence explaining technical information to different audiences.

- Robust organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
