About the role

Join our Kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of your kitchen section, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and support smooth service across our busy resort operation. You’ll work alongside a collaborative kitchen and food & beverage team in a fast-paced, well-supported setting. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role suits a passionate chef who takes pride in quality and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes across our resort food outlets.

- Independently manage your allocated kitchen section during preparation and service.

- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.

- Support and guide junior chefs, cooks and apprentices.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, stock control and WHS standards.

Skills & Experience

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (essential).





- Previous Chef de Partie experience, ideally within a high-volume kitchen.

- Confidence managing a kitchen section independently during busy service.

- Strong food safety knowledge, organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Positive team attitude and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
